About “Sandy Castle” in Marina di Massa

During 25 September – 3 October, Tinerii 3D were part of the mobility called “Sandy Castle”, a great youth exchange that took part in Marina di Massa, Italy.

1. SANDY CASTLE is Erasmus+ youth exchange aiming to:
   1. Develop creative thinking, soft skills, financial management, strategic planning of the ideas and social entrepreneurship skills.
   2. Teach participants how to be aware of entrepreneurial paths.
   3. Offer a basic knowledge on how to develop, validate and implement social entrepreneurial projects.
   4. Explore practical ways to set up social enterprises, taking into consideration legal, financial, management and social requirements.
   5. Equip participants with tools and methods designed to develop entrepreneurial skills.
   6. Provide participants with the opportunity to exchange experience and expertise in the field of social entrepreneurship.
   7. Inform the participants about opportunities to develop new projects under the Erasmus+ Programme.

How it was?

For me , the sandy castle experience was very nice. It gave me the opportunity to meet great people, live the Italian lifestyle and visit some truly amazing places.
   The project offered all the means and information to develop my creative skills, strategic planning and overall entrepreneurship skills.
   Every member part of the organizing team was a true professional. They offer all the information in a direct and clear manner and also they were very helpful when things were unclear. I was very fortunate to meet them and I am looking forward to see them in other projects.

I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the SANDY CASTLE project. This experience was really amazing and I am truly impressed with the invaluable knowledge and skills I gained during the project.
            Throughout the project, I learned how to be aware of entrepreneurial paths and gained basic knowledge on developing, validating, and implementing social entrepreneurial projects.
I also had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in various cultures and explore new places. This added a whole new dimension to my experience and left a lasting impression. Interacting with participants from different countries allowed me to discover the richness of each culture. I learned about their traditions, tasted their cuisine, and even picked up a few words in their languages. It was a truly enriching experience to see how cultural diversity can lead to a broader understanding of the world.
            In conclusion, my participation in the SANDY CASTLE project was a transformative experience. I am deeply impressed by the knowledge and skills I acquired, the inspiring people I met, and the potential for positive change in the world of social entrepreneurship.
