Craiova, Romania – April 2025 – Asociația Tinerii 3D is proud to announce the launch of the Erasmus+ Training Course “3, 2, 1…SET.C.!” – an exciting international initiative designed to boost the digital competencies of youth workers and enhance engagement through creative video-based learning.
Taking place between 1 February and 30 November 2025, this project brings together 30 youth workers from 6 countries – Romania, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Greece, and Spain – for a transformative experience that blends practical skills with intercultural exchange.
The international activity, a Training Course hosted in Romania, will provide participants with tools to:
- 🎬 Acquire essential digital skills, with 100% completion of a dedicated training program;
- 📹 Create at least 15 educational videos, applying their new skills in real-world contexts within six months after the course;
- 📈 Boost social media engagement by at least 10% for all partner organizations through creative video campaigns.
This initiative is powered by a dynamic partnership between:

“Our aim is not just to teach digital skills but to inspire youth workers to become digital creators and changemakers in their communities,” says Adrian, Project Coordinator at Tinerii 3D.
The results of the project – including the educational videos and best practices – will be showcased through social media campaigns and shared freely to inspire more organizations and youth workers across Europe.
