Future Citizens Empowering Youth for Civic Leadership is a Youth Participation designed for young people who want to grow, develop new skills, experience cultural exchange, and expand their horizons through a learning experience different then the formal education.

Main Subjects: Youth Policies, Youth Initiatives, Active Citizenship, Ideas Development

Period: 19-01-2026 - 26-01-2026

Location: Romania, Predeal

Who can apply?

We are looking for 10 participants aged 16 - 30 who meet the event criteria and are motivated to take part in this experience.

A good level of English is recommended, as it will be the main language of the event. However, we also encourage young people with a lower level of English to apply, as non-formal activities will support their learning and participation.

Important: It is a must that all participants have Romanian residency to apply for this event.

Food & Accommodation:

For in-person events, accommodation and meals will be provided for all participants. You"ll stay in comfortable lodging, and meals will be organized throughout the event. For International Volunteering (under ESC), a food allowance may be provided instead of meals, depending on the specific project guidelines.

Overnight stays outside the event period are at the participant"s own cost.

For online events, participants will be responsible for their own accommodation and food, but we will provide any necessary guidelines or support to ensure you can participate without any issues.

Transport:

Travel costs for both ways can be reimbursed up to 211 EUR, based on actual expenses. To receive reimbursement, participants must provide all required documents, including boarding passes, invoices, and other relevant travel proofs.
