“Green Change: Culture, Digitalization, and Sustainability” Implemented Successfully!
BOKAYA Association, in partnership with TINERI 3D, implemented the project “Green Change: Culture, Digitalization, and Sustainability,” № 2024-1-BG01-ESC51-VTJ-000200805
Implementation period: June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025
Through this initiative, we encouraged environmentally friendly, sustainable, and responsible behavior among young people by implementing green practices, cultural initiatives, and digital innovations to build more engaged local communities.
We achieved the following results:
• Raising awareness and sensitivity among young people and the local community about environmental challenges and possible solutions through green practices and responsible consumption.
• Building and strengthening environmental competencies, habits, and skills among participants that can be applied in their personal, educational, and professional lives.
• Creating real, sustainable, and visible results in the local environment, such as improved spaces, digitization of resources, and suitable opportunities for eco-exhibitions and green campaigns.
• Promoting cultural and digital engagement as a tool for change and involving young people in sustainable initiatives with real impact.
• Increased participation of young people with fewer opportunities through meaningful inclusion and integration in the process of learning by doing.
• Developing a sustainable transnational partnership between organizations from Bulgaria and Romania, leading to the exchange of good practices, joint initiatives, and greater engagement with sustainable development issues.
