From 15 to 25 June 2025, the mountain village of Baia de Fier, Romania became the international meeting point for 30 youth workers from Romania, Spain, Greece, Hungary, and Bulgaria who took part in the Erasmus+ Training Course “3, 2, 1…SET.C.!”, coordinated by Asociația Tinerii 3D.
The mobility was part of a wider project funded through Erasmus+ Programme – KA153-YOU (Project code: 2024-3-RO01-KA153-YOU-000288676) and focused on empowering youth workers to use video as an educational and engagement tool.
🎯 Project Objectives:
- Develop basic digital competences among youth workers;
- Equip participants with video production skills applicable in non-formal education;
- Foster collaboration, creativity, and inclusion through interactive learning;
- Encourage the use of media for outreach, visibility, and social impact.
Over 10 days, participants engaged in:
- Practical video workshops and editing sessions;
- Peer-to-peer sharing and intercultural learning;
- Outdoor team challenges and media tasks;
- Creative presentations and intercultural evenings.
They also developed and showcased a total of 15 educational video concepts, to be used in their local communities or future youth projects. The experience offered not just skills, but friendships, inspiration, and cross-cultural understanding.

The project gave special attention to participants with fewer opportunities, ensuring that youth workers from all backgrounds could participate fully and equally.
